What this service is, and isn't

What it is

A software tool that reads a list of trades you supply and reports statistics about them: costs, how steady the gains were, what the market did meanwhile, patterns across your own trades. It describes the past. The word "edge", "skill" or "luck" on a report is a description of those statistics, nothing more.

What it is not

• Not investment advice. No report recommends buying, selling or holding any security, or running or stopping any strategy. A name on your report is described by what it did in your trades, not by any view on the stock.
• Not research. Audit My Trades is not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst or Investment Adviser and does not provide research or advice as those regulations define them.
• Not a broker or a platform. We do not hold funds, do not place orders and do not run strategies. A broker connection is read-only.
• Not a guarantee. Past trades say nothing certain about future ones. Every report lists what it could not check (look-ahead, variant selection, fills).

Your side

Upload only trades you are entitled to share. Give true settings (brokerage, segment) if you want true numbers. Do not try to break, scrape or overload the service. You keep all rights to your data; you give us only what is needed to produce your report (see Privacy).

Early access and charges

During early access the service is free and may change or pause without notice. If we start charging, the price and what it buys will be shown before you pay, and these terms will be updated with refund terms at that time.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from a trading decision you make after reading a report. If a court finds us liable despite that, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which during early access is nothing.
