What we keep, and what we don't

Early-access draft, written plainly. It is being reviewed by a lawyer before the service charges money; if the two ever disagree, the reviewed version will replace this one and the date below will change.

Last updated 28 October 2026. Audit My Trades is run by Rohit Begwani, a sole proprietor in Bengaluru, India (more on the contact page).

Your trades file

The file you upload is read in the server's memory, audited, and the report is sent back to you. The file itself is not written to disk and not kept. The finished report is held in memory for up to one hour so that the PDF, the share card and the re-grade buttons work, then it is gone. If you want to keep the report, download it.

Broker connections

If you connect a broker, the access token you give is used for that one request to fetch your trades and is then discarded. It is not stored, not logged and not reused. We never place, change or cancel an order; the connection is read-only by construction.

What we do keep

Where it lives

On a server in Mumbai, India, behind Cloudflare. Backups of the items above are taken nightly and kept for 30 days.

What we never do

We do not sell or share your data, do not use your trades to train anything, do not build a profile of you, and do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Your rights

Write to [email protected] to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you; we answer within a week. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you may also complain to the Data Protection Board once it is constituted.

Changes

When this page changes, the date at the top changes. Material changes are announced on the site.
